Employees do not have barriers in place for work areas that are less than 6ft. Two employees have tested positive for COVID-19 virus and no deep cleaning or sanitation has been provided.
Alleged hazards include poor or no sanitization in the common areas and restrooms, black mold in the air conditioners and carpet, and excessive non-employee activity/building access in the Cubberly Building creating non-compliance with Executive Order 242 (EO242).
