1. Employees are getting ill due to Covid 19. There are positive cases here throughout departments 9760 and 3214, Lines 21-31. 2. Employees have been in the personal space with all that were positive and those who have been exposed.

1. Many workers and also management are wearing their mask inappropriately. No action is being taken and there is about one new case every other day of someone getting COVID-19.

Workers are not properly alerted when positive tests of Coronavirus are found in the plant. They are not told who the person is, where they been in the plant or where to avoid until proper sanitation is done.
