Item# 1: Nurses in the Emergency Department, ICU and COVID-ICU units are not provided access to additional respirators throughout their shift. Item #2: Nurses in the Emergency Department, ICU and COVID-ICU units are not provided access to additional gowns throughout their shift. Item #3: At entry points
the screening and triage of visitors is not consistent, visitors are allowed to enter the facility without being asked their COVID-19 status and/ or while exhibiting symptoms. Item #4: In the Emergency Department, the employer is not enforcing employees use of facemasks and physical distancing is not maintain; in that, access to the emergency room waiting area is not limited at any given time there are about 50 people in close proximity. Item #5: The COVID-19 plan and hazard assessment did not include input from non-managerial employees and their representatives. Item #6: The employer did not provide the written COVID-19 plan to employees and their representatives for examination and copying.

1. Workers who are and or may be COVID19 positive are expected to continue working as long as they are asymptomatic. 2. The employer fails to notify employees of potential exposures to COVID19 positive patients or staff. Employees receive notification only when they begin to experience symptoms,
they are then notified by the hospital of their contacts with COVID19 positive patients or staff. 3. The employer fails to provide COVID19 testing to asymptomatic employees or those employees experiencing limited symptoms when they have been in contact with COVID19 positive patients and/or co-workers. 4. Employees who are positive for COVID19 and are quarantined, are instructed to return to work without a confirmed negative COVID19 test. 5. Staff share a breakroom where they remove their masks, and they share desks, computers, phones, and bathrooms.

So I go on Facebook trying to do something nice for my husband and I win him a AKAI machine so after that he gets his paycheck from work and I see two payments of $149 taken out of his account Plus $9.95 so what I feel
like happened yes they told me when I won that it was $9.95 but as I proceeded to check out to pay for the 995 the AI system clicked in and added that Keto pills and it said free on it I didn't pay any attention but I seen it so I reminded myself to screenshot the information on there so I'm In Cahoots with them right now trying to get 149.99 x32 overdraft x2 +9.95 it was probably one of the most embarrassing episodes of my relationship totally got scammed woodforest is wasn't any money in there until his next paycheck so they charge overdraft fees needless to say I been massage his feet all week as I check his account every 3 days Thomas happened on April 10th 2024 so now I have these strange pills at my home what is going on
