Package arrived containing a silver color with white stone ring. Box says Kay Jewelers. Didn’t order one. Return address William 4220 S. Lee St. Buford, Ga 30581. Googled address and it is showing a restaurant depot.

Moderna 1st vaccine after 6 hours started to cause me extreme fatigue & some chills. Spent 2 days of fatigue and home resting, and then felt fine.
