Hazard Description: Today 41 students tested positive for Covid-19 and nothing is being done to prevent future spread nor is anything being done to protect students or staff. Hazard Location: Entire building. On Friday, September 17, 2021, Governor Pritzker issued Executive Order 2021-24 , which clarified schools'
authority to exclude students and school personnel from school premises (including in-person instruction and extracurricular events) when students or school personnel are a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19; a close contact to a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19; or exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19. The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) also adopted an emergency administrative rule, 77 Ill. Admin. Code 690.361, to implement the Executive Order. While IL OSHA cannot directly enforce this executive order, the Illinois Occupational Safety and Health Act requires employers to protect employees from recognized hazards that cause or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to its employees (820 ILCS 219/20(a)). Employers that violate this section of the Act may be cited and/or referred to another regulatory authority.

I open a package and there is a bottle that is called daily detox and it is from SlimFit fusion out of Flushing, New York. I just had a liver resection because of liver cancer in February. I cannot take anything the doctor doesn't say I can
take. I did not order this and I am worried about what's going on here.

believe my personal information may have been leaked from a counterfeit website where I placed an online order one month ago, called “Latipay Sittue NewSouthWales AU”, posing as the reputable clothing business “GymShark” (whom I thought I was ordering from.) I canceled and reported that order to my bank, but have not found any fraudulent activities on my bank statements or card.

I received a small package in the mail from them today. I didn't order it. I don't really even know what it is. It appears to be some kind of necklace that I would never wear much less order. Apparently, this was what I got instead of
a Air Bed Self-Inflating Queen Size Air Mattress with Bilt-in Frame, pump and wheeled Case. Tracking number on the package matched the one attached to that item.
