The employer failed to properly disinfect facilities according to CDC guidelines after becoming aware of employees who tested positive COVID-19. 3. The company did not ensure that employees that were exposed to persons
who tested positive for COVID-19, were informed and required to quarantine according to the CDC guidance. 4. The company did not ensure that employee exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 were separated from other employees and immediately sent home.
