There has been an increase in Covid 19 cases. Currently they are sending people with no training to cover people missing due to being quarantined. This is causing it to be impossible to practice social distancing and people are not wearing masks correctly.

The employees requested guardrails to provide a contained area for them to work in, but nothing has been done. There have been near misses and almost employee injuries. There has been one forklift driver in particular that they will not move from that department. The employees have been asking for protection for 3 months.

They are pulling staff from other divisions within the plant and requiring they work to fill gaps (alongside those coworkers who worked closely with the positive patients). The plant is not closing to disinfect despite having more than 10 positive COVID 19 cases in a single week. Management has gone as far as to disallow time off despite escalating outbreaks and employee concerns.
