1. Four employees working in the smalls department do not wear any form of face covering. Management is aware of the failure to comply with the mandate and does nothing to enforce and ensure the employees are compliant. The employees are seen wearing their masks when in
the presort meeting, but as soon as the meeting is over, the employees remove their face masks.
