T8 CCR 3203(a)(4) Employer is not sanitizing facilities adequately to prevent the transmission of COVID-19. Lack of sanitation includes common areas and carts use in transportation of clothes. Hand sanitizer access is limited.

T8 CCR 3203(a)(4)& (6) Manger was allegedly COVID-19 positive and handing out turkeys before thanksgiving without wearing face covering. Manager was out sick for a period of time and has returned to work. Employees are scared that is still contagious and is having contact with employees.
