The factory has employees who are ill or already contaged with COVID-19. Employees are obligated by their employers to continue to work even if they are ill. Employees are being taken advantage of and they are not allowing them to follow any safety guidelines such as using
masks and gloves. Management has been made aware of the outbreak within their factory and they are refusing to shut down or take care of their employees during this pandemic.
