Hand sanitizer, disposable masks and cleaning supplies available to employees. The time clock system employees clock in at prompts them to answer questions about potential symptoms. If an employee has COVID-19 symptoms (i.e., fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea), they are to report it to their manager. A note in the SOP provided by the company stated the following: 'the teammate can work if they are experiencing milder symptoms that can be attributed to another medical condition.- In the Call Center, employees are positioned at every other workstation to maintain 6 ft separation as well as utilizing tall cubicle-type partitions. Employees were not seated directly across from each other, but rather seated in the workstation diagonally across. In the rest of the building, employees either work in single offices or are at workstations that are positioned in a manor to maintain a 6 ft separation. A presentation titled "Welcome Back Meeting" dated March 8, 2021 listed the following as "precautions" being implemented: - If you have COVID symptoms, report to supervisor and stay home - Private Offices commercially cleaned 5 days per week - Common areas and call center commercially cleaned 7 days week - Environmental/viral fogging 7 days per week The same presentation given to employees listed the following "protocols": - Staff capacity at 50% max and in office 2 days per week - Take Temperature using wall thermometer upon entry, if 100.4+ system will alarm, return home and contact supervisor - Wear a mask when away from workstation and in common areas - Refrain from congregating in breakroom and social distance at 6 feet - Wear masks in meetings and group settings - Wash/sanitize hands regularly - Supervisors report positive COVID cases to Risk Mgmt who will direct on quarantine protocols The employers quarantine guidelines were detailed in a document titled "City Barbeque COVID FAQ (02.01.21)".
