The employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace: a) Employees known or suspected to be infected with COVID are allowed to report to and remain at work. b) After an employee tested positive, employees were not
notified within 24 hours. c) CDC guidelines are not being followed when employees have tested positive or have been exposed. d) The employer has failed to report COVID positive employees to the Virginia Department of Health and the Virginia Department of Labor in accordance with §16VAC25-220.
