1. A temporary employee who has been working through a contracted employer for at least 3-4 months during this pandemic, has previously been tested and asked to comeback to work without their test results, and now it has been reported to employees that the worker has COVID.
2. They have no cleaning team to clean employee work areas on a regular basis. 3. Doing jobs that make it impossible for employees to be 6 feet apart. 4. The company keeps all masks and cleaning supplies locked away forcing employees to buy their own PPE i.e. hand sanitizer, lysol, and mask.

2. Last week they had the employee working on the line with several people where the employee was coughing and such. Management was made aware but nothing was done to keep the other employees safe. 3. They have no cleaning team to clean the employee work areas along with wiping down doors and other areas that people come into contact with during the works hours 4. The jobs that they have us doing make it impossible for employees to be 6 feet apart, practice social distancing and its hard for employees not to share the same work supplies to complete the job. 5. The company keeps all masks and cleaning supplies locked away forcing employees to buy their own PPE i.e. hand sanitizer, lysol, and masks.

1. Disposable masks are being taken away from employees and being told that they need to buy their own. 2. Temperature checks are being taken once employees get far into the building, not at the entrance door. 3. Certain rules only apply to certain departments when enforcing
the mask rules. 4. Taco Bell line job is impossible to social distance. 5. They do not disinfect anything during employee breaks and lunches.

Advertising a rechargeable, USB ported, electric plasma, lighter that requires no fuel, only electricity I got a cheap China torch lighter in the instructions are in the size of a credit card and it is all in Chinese writing.
