This food establishment was closed because the configuration of the patios makes them indoor spaces, which are not allowed under COVID-19 public health rules.

I received my package on December 14, 2022 and it was not what I ordered I ordered 3 Dooney & Bourne purses as the Facebook video said it was QVC. These purses are knock offs. 12500 Slauson Ave. Unit B1A (Not Seller Address) Sante Fe Springs, CA 90670”

The order was placed on 11/23/2022. After placing the order on what appeared to be QVC it stated order complete. I then received a text saying my credit card had approved a charge for UNIOOS.COM. I had never heard of them and immediately called my credit card company to investigate. After the investigation was complete my credit card company told me that I would need to contact the company to see about returning the products and how to get a refund. I was then given an email address to contact them. I emailed them on 12/26/2922 and I have not heard from them.

I went on their website and it stated that you have 30 days to return the product but they would have to be contacted first before sending the product back. It also stated that the company would email a return label for the return.

As of 01/03/2023 I have not heard from the company. There I looked up the return address listed on the package.

It appears that whoever this company is, they are using QVC information to show the products but once the order is placed it is not QVC.

This is most exactly what happened to me. except mine were vintage clark boots. What i recieved many weeks later are def. not what I ordered, I have no email addtess no contact information. Very upset.

I also ordered the crossbody purses supposedly Dooneys from qvc. You all are so right- total knock offs. I’m concerned if I mail them to the return address in Santa Fe Springs I will never see the purses or my money again! I’m a regular qvc customer. Maybe we should contact them???
