My dog died tonight after eating a dreambpne treat, Mesa, AZ, USA

I bought some of the dream bone with real chicken treats over the weekend and my bigger dog threw up after eating it.. I hadn't quite put it together that it was from that.. I gave her another one sunday and she threw up again.That afternoon... I have a smaller older dog that did not throw up and I gave her another one yesterday and last night she threw up some white foamy stuff.And then I went to bed, and she sleeps in my room.. I got up at three a m to go to the bathroom and she wasn't in my room.I looked everywhere and went outside.She has a pet door ... and she was on her side dead.. She had blood around her mouth.Not sure exactly what time between ten p m and three a m.She might have gone outside again.. She had been fine until this... Waiting for my bets office to open to take her in to help us take care of her.. I feel like they both got sick from these treats.. I should have never given her another one.And I have bought them before, not lately, but they have had them.. Never dreamed it could have killed her... I love my dog so much.She was everything to me.. Can you please advise me if this could have caused it.. I will never forgive myself for buying these...
