1. There have been 2 confirmed employees that have tested positive. One individual back in August returned from work, and currently another employee tested positive a week ago and is returning to work October 13th. This employee worked with most of the other employees. Currently there are two others who have symptoms and they are getting tested, but employees have no idea who they are. 2. Depending on how busy it is, the establishment will be over half capacity even exceeding the capacity of the building. 3. Big groups of customers party while not wearing masks. Nobody in the business tells a customer to put a mask on. 4. The general manager never wears a mask, and the cooks don't wear a mask or social distance. The servers don't social distance, and half the time don't wear a mask. 5. The pens are not cleaned and are put right back into the jar.
