Employees are required to touch patients' eyes as part of normal appointments, potentially exposing employees to COVID-19 hazards. 3. All facilities are low on disinfectant, which has led to the employer diluting the solution with water, potentially exposing employees to COVID-19 hazards. 6. The employer is screening patients for COVID-19 symptoms, but is allowing them entry to the facility even if they are showing symptoms such as coughing. 7.
