1) Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. It was reported that that the employer had not provided valid and reliable contract tracing via the application given to employees. It was also reported that employees have been in contact with other employees who have been positive for COVID-19 and then not informed of the contact. The employer has not implemented precautions such as but not limited to social distancing, PPE, or training workers about the hazards of COVID-19. Contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 200
