1. The employer has not identified and implemented necessary workplace controls (engineering, administrative, work practices) to reduce employee exposure to the COVID-19 virus such as barrier sneeze guards, additional training, social distancing practices, increased cleaning, utilization of face coverings and masks, etc. per OSHA publication # 3990-3 2020 www.osha.gov/Publications/OSHA3990.pdf and CDC guidelines.2. The employer has not identified specific type(s) of personal protective equipment (PPE) (i.e. gloves, masks, etc.) that need to be available to reduce employee exposure to the COVID-19 virus.
3. Adequate infection control prevention policies and procedures are not being implemented and enforced to avert the spread of the COVID-19 virus as employees are not required to wear face coverings and/or masks.
