The employer is not implementing CDC Guidelines to protect the employees from the COVID-19 virus through:- Poor cleaning/disinfecting processes at the work spaces where several employees tested positive to the virus and
- Lack of enforcing the use of the masks.
- No keeping the social distance of 6 ft.
- No encouraging the employees who have symptoms, notify their supervisor and stay home until the criteria to discontinue home isolation are met, in consultation with their healthcare provider.
