There is a group of young children (about 5-6) under the age of 12 riding quads in off the grid rv park without any patent supervision. They don't obey any traffic laws including riding through an intersection without stopping and looking both ways. Going faster than 5 miles per hour like it's posted , almost getting hit by other cars for not following these rules. And stopping right in the middle of a four way intersection. I've spoken to park manager but he says that there's nothing he could do a out this. It's the responsibility of the parents to watch them. If they get hurt or cause an accident it's up to the parties involved. I have security camera videos of these incidents.There's a group of children that have been playing in the rv parks Strom drains. Yhe parents think it's cute and funny to allow this to happen and always reply with boys will be boys. Even during a storm with all the flooding we just had they moms will allow the boys to play in these drains I've spoken to park manager but he says that there's nothing he could do a out this.
