T8CCR 3203(a)(4), 3203(a)(6)- The market currently has approximately 10 confirmed COVID-19 cases in employees. The store has not been professionally cleaned. the store. T8CCR 3364(b)- The restrooms are beyond filthy. T8CCR 3203(a)(4), 3203(a)(6)- Check stands and the plexiglass are either broken or missing. Shopping carts are not properly sanitized. Management is aware and has done nothing about it. They continue to allow the store to be overcrowded, they don't limit the people coming in. Customers are also allowed to walk inside the store without a mask saying the company is not allowed to refuse them service. T8CCR 3362- The break room is filthy and so is the employee refrigerator. T8CCR 3362(f)- Employees have complained about seeing rodents in the warehouse.
