3075 North Washington Street, Kokomo, 46901 Indiana, United States

New covid 19 policies were issued. School bus drivers were required to wear facemask. A facemask can fog prescription glasses while bus is in motion. Bus drivers were told they need a doctor's excuse to not wear a mask. According to IC 20-27-8-6 [bus driver contract] NWS was supposed to offer to send these employees to a corporate physician of their choosing at their expense since their CDL medical requirements are up to date. No such offer was ever made. An employee was terminated for non compliance of new covid safety policy due to their safety concerns.
