I have had the exact same experience. I am in Boston, MA (USA). I have just completed paperwork with my bank reporting fraud. I did receive an email reply from someone in customer service with uioshop.online... see details that follow:

To be honest, we are not able to ship the item to you as the money is scammed by the payment gateway Swoosh Transfer.We are trying to refund you all the money of the Order. However, the payment gateway has closed the refunding function and we are not able to process it from our side.
Below is a guide to getting all your money back by making a chargeback. (Transaction Dispute)
Many card issuers let you dispute transactions by phone, mail or online. You may also be able to submit a dispute directly through your card issuer's mobile app.
1) You need to contact your credit card issuer, and report a transaction dispute.
2) Initialize a cardholder dispute by stating: Merchandise/Services Not Received
3) Chargeback value: Full amount of the Order
The process is very easy and, since this is what we requested, we will not appeal or argue.

After finishing, the bank will normally refund you within 5-10 working days.
