SCAMMERS. It's either "brushing," where they're trying to finagle extra "verified reviews," or, more likely, you ordered something like one of those "Amazon pallets," which are scams. Call your Visa card/bank and report it as fraudulent. They will open an investigation and reverse the charges, as they did for me.
Received this fake diamond in the mail with an envelope from Global Gemonology Research guaranteeing the stone and enclosing a brochure for research center. I did not order nor is there any such address but GRA is real. I just wanted to know how they got my name and address. See Less

I received the EXACT same thing!!! I ordered a product from FB (will never do again) and this is what they sent me. I sent a message to the company and they said that I would have to pay to have it shipped back and they would reimburse me. I call BS on them and reported them to my CC company.
