Received a second package from Kitty Suppes that I did not order. Charged my credit card. When notice came that they were shipping, I emailed back and said to cancel as I hadn't used the first one yet. Now want me to return with a 20% refund. Have notified my bank and charge will be disputed.

I received an item in the mail and it was not what I ordered, I contacted customer support through email and they got back to me stating the the item I ordered was not from their company even thought the name and address was on the shipping package

I am reporting unordered facial mask from Kelly Chen, Howard Street, Elk Grove Village, IL, USA

USPS Tracking nu**** matched an order from Belano. But, I received a package with the same tracking number with a facial mask. The return address was Kelly Chen, not Belano. But, Belano says that I received their order using the USPS tracking number.
