These incidents are part of "brushing scams" where sellers either ship unwanted items to generate fake verified reviews OR substitute seeds for legitimate purchases to falsely prove shipment. Received a small package with seeds and a thank you card, that I didn't order. On the back of the card it gives a email stating support @24h-service.vip. Just received a small package in the mail with seeds in it. Not sure what they are and should I throw away
