1. Mask mandate is not enforced by managers. Employees are not supposed to do anything about maskless people entering the establishment. Employees are always removing their masks in back rooms, including the store managers. 2. There is no capacity limit in the break room.

1. 15 employees total and 90% of the employee's do not wear masks all day, including the plant manager and the plant supervisor. There is paper posted by Human Resources that says masks are required if not social distancing. But no one follows these rules.
