1. Store is not being cleaned regularly per COVID-19 requirements. 2. Employees are not cleaning between customers. 3. There is signs posted for mask requirements but the employees have been told not to enforce it. 4. No one is enforcing the social distancing In the store. 5. Management has been seen not distancing with masks off.
