OftAt web site is fake, phone number on the site does not connected. I ordered and paid for an item on December 16, 2023 but never received it. I never received any texts or emails concerning delivery. I checked on line but determined the site was fake.

I never received my package. So after a month and a half I sent them an email. They sent me a tracking number and told me to contact the postal service. I did, no proof of that tracking number. I contacted UPS and FedX and the same, no such tracking number.
