The order wasn’t delivered for over a month and a half. The boots are completely plastic. There is no paperwork. No phone number to call to get return and refund info. I think they advertised as the company ‘Taos’. These boots are definitely not Taos. There are no identification numbers, no shoe size, no material information, nothing on the shoes at all. I want a refund return costs covered.
