I ordered the “Bose” wave system on Instagram the beginning of December for $39.99. Obvious scam as I am now unable to track anything. Called QVC. They are aware there were scams around holidays. Nothing anyone can do?

I bought portable heaters for Christmas for my kids. I've tried to contact them and it rings for 3min, 4seconds each time, then it hangs up. I've tried a couple of numbers. Not getting anywhere.
