I received a package of shoes, ladies, from Keathers Foeeys in chicago. Not my size, not what was ordered and I am trying to find out how to return and get my money back to my Pay Pal account. received package, ladies shoes, all wrong need to return and get my money back to my pay pal account.

I did order 4 ultra sonic bracelets from them. They didn't have chargers no instruction. I paid $53.00 for them. I sent email to the company but never heard back from them. I want to get my money back.

We ordered 2 two pantsuits from the internet specifically from a US address. The package came from Carson in Addison. However, to return them, they require items to be send back to China. The cost would over $200.00 to return them. We are trying to find a contact in the US. Any ideas?
