Planters ordered for a Maryland Yard, Maryland, USA

I ordered a planter and got weird garden gloves I didn't order with the same order tracking number. The planter order was from someone who was spoofing Home Depot and after I made the order confirmed the order as be fulfilled from China. The company appeared as CRAFTSMAN-BUY.
