The vacationers had to perform cpr because... See More no staff on the resort knew how to do one. The doctor took about 45 mins to get to the scene while on the phone. She was supposedly pronounced dead at the clinic but it is a lie. She was dead on the scene. A person can drown within seconds. See Less
