Today I received a small box and I see the address and I don't recognize. And I opened the box and it was a ring that I never ordered. The package came from 2646 Rainier ave S Seattle WA 98144

That is the address of an Amazon distribution center. But most likely it is a scammer using their address and the package did not actually come from Amazon.
The ring is pretty though and may even be worth some money. Moissanite is considered a precious gemstone and is certified in the same way a diamond is by GRA. The paperwork from GRA in your photo looks authentic. I'd say you got a lucky free gift.

I rec'd a cheap necklace in place of a cabinet I ordered. Obviously a scam I now realize. A $50 mistake, I usually catch myself beforehand, but this is rediculous. See Less
