The Federal Trade Commission reported that the number of complaints about scams involving ads on Facebook and other social media has more than tripled in the past year. A recent Reuters investigation revealed that Meta projected it would earn approximately $16 billion from advertising for scams and banned goods. Facebook exposes users to an estimated 15 billion fraudulent ads daily.

On the 9/12/22 I ordered the generator through a site on Facebook , I paid $49.56. On 4/5/23 a pair of ear muffs where sent to me, I didn't know where they'd come from until today when I discovered that they were in place of my generator.
