The Federal Trade Commission reported that the number of complaints about scams involving ads on Facebook and other social media has more than tripled in the past year. A recent Reuters investigation revealed that Meta projected it would earn approximately $16 billion from advertising for scams and banned goods. Facebook exposes users to an estimated 15 billion fraudulent ads daily.

I ordered pet fencing through an ad from Stereodrip Pet Fencing on facebook and received sunglasses and no explanation. The ad says the fencing comes from California and the sunglasses came from China. What a scam
