Experts suggest that the situation it’s part of a scam called “brushing” in which third-party merchants create fake transactions and complete them with tracking numbers and confirmations that the packages have been received.

II received a bag that was empty. There was nothing in it. But a little bag of seeds, which I don't know what they are. I'm not sure what I ordered from you guys if it was, turmeric soap or it'd be but there was nothing in this bag. I got it this morning and it's totally empty.

I received a package from this company but it’s completely empty, the bag is tore
I’m not sure what I ordered that should be in the package, but it’s empty. Now I’m seeing all the comments saying this company is a scam. What can I do?
