With outside temperatures getting into the 80s, during peak hours when both ovens are on, wall temperatures gauge shows temps reaching 102 degrees F and up. Can't breathe with it on, which a lot of employees want to wear due to COVID-19. Management discourages stepping outside, wants everyone inside working, folding boxes, etc. Several employees are in their 60s and have complained. They were told that they are waiting on a part.
