Flashing NY 11358, it's a bag with different gummies bottles 9 of them, on the package say ACUTE, there not invoice inside, how can I make sure I don't get it again?

I am also scammed. Ordered 3, I cancelled the order as they do not have anything in stock, they promised me a refund into my paypal account of $486, which the never did, then they send the products, it is so tiny with a very weak computer… See more

I put in an border for two Kate Spade bags. I have ordered from Kate Spade on numerous occasions. I received my order today and it is not what I ordered. I called Kate Spade and they said this is a scam. This is very upsetting.
