Shipments often arrive from senders like “YOTO, Barstow, CA” or “Lucia, Suwanee, GA,” with no seller response and tracking numbers that falsely show delivery.

I have received more than ten packages from Amazon that I did not order.  No way to contact Amazon directly about this problem.  I am 80 years old and cannot lift this last package.  UPS is no help either.
