Yerba Prima Inc. has initiated a recall of its Great Plains Bentonite + Herbal Detox Capsules due to potential contamination with Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The product was distributed across multiple states including AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MD, MO, NC, NH, NV, NY, OH, PA, TX, VA, and WA. The issue was discovered internally, leading to a voluntary Class II recall initiated on June 10, 2025. The classification was confirmed on June 17, 2025.

AFFECTED PRODUCT:
- 60-capsule bottles packaged in PETE amber bottles
- With a white plastic cap and tamper-proof seal.
- The affected lot number is 05051
- With an expiration date of February 2028.
- The retail package UPC code is 0 46352 00518 8
- A total of 4,985 bottles are being recalled.
- Case GTIN code:100 46352 00518 5
