VESTA.DS, Inc. has issued a recall for its Vesta Tankless Hot Water Heaters due to a carbon monoxide poisoning hazard. The products were distributed in Canada and the United States. The issue was discovered following 10 reports of cracked exhaust ducts in Canada and 33 in the United States, with no injuries reported. The recall was announced on October 16, 2025, in coordination with Health Canada and the US Consumer Product Safety Commission.
