Recall notice

Toyota and Lexus Vehicles recalled due to Safety Issue, United States

3 months ago source pressroom.toyota.com

United States

Toyota has issued a recall for its Certain Toyota and Lexus Vehicles due to the 12.3-inch display of the instrument panel may be blank at startup. The product was distributed nationwide in the United States.

HAZARD:
At startup, the 12.3-inch instrument panel display may fail to illuminate. Driving with a blank display limits the visibility of important warning lights. If a malfunction happens while driving, this could raise the likelihood of a crash or increase the risk of injury should a crash occur.

AFFECTED PRODUCTS:
- Involve certain Toyota Venza, Crown, Crown Signia, RAV4, GR Corolla, 4Runner, Camry, Grand Highlander, Tacoma, Highlander, and certain Lexus LS, RX, and TX vehicles.
- Approximately 591,000 vehicles are involved in this campaign in the U.S.

The recall was initiated on September 11th, 2025.
