Tower Air Fryers recalled due to Risk of Fire, UK

Tower Air Fryers are being recalled due to a risk of fire. The product may overheat and ignite during use. The recall was announced by the Office for Product Safety and Standards on April 8, 2025. The products were sold by various retailers, including Argos, B&M Bargains, DID, Poundland, Robert Dyas, Tesco, and the Tower Housewares website. The issue was discovered as the product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016. The corrective action taken has been to recall the product from end users.

The recall affects four models of Tower Air Fryers:
- T17023 Tower 2.2Ltr Manual Air Fryer
- T17061BLK Tower 4Ltr Manual Air Fryer
- T17067 Tower 4Ltr Digital Air Fryer
- T17087 Tower 2Ltr Compact Manual Air Fryer.

These products were manufactured in China between January 2022 and April 2023.

Consumer are advised to not use the product and to return it to where they purchased it.
