Soulcal & Co has issued a recall for its Body Mist due to a serious chemical risk. The product, containing butylphenyl methylpropional, a prohibited substance in cosmetics, was sold at Farmfoods locations across the UK.AFFECTED PRODUCTS:
PRODUCT: Soulcal & Co Body Mist
- Fragrances: Raspberry & Lotus Blossom, Mango & Passion Fruit, Apple & Waterlily, Coco Plum & Jacaranda, Beach Rose & Coconut Water.
- It is packaged in a plastic bottle with a lid.
- The product originates from China
- The recall affects all sizes and batches.
The recall was initiated on June 24, 2025, following notification by Local Authority Trading Standards. The product does not comply with Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 or the Cosmetic Products Enforcement Regulations 2013.
