These alarms were sold exclusively on the Amazon website from February 2024 to December 2025.The recalled product is:
- Smoke Detector Fire Alarms
- A 3-pack of 9V battery-operated smoke detectors, featuring a light sound warning and test button.
- The alarms are white, circular, and marked
- With model number "XG-7D04-KZ9Z" and SKU "CX-50YP-A5VN."
- Approximately 11,000 units are affected.
The issue was identified as a potential hazard due to the sensing threshold being set too high. The recall was initiated on February 12, 2026, and is classified as a Fast Track Recall.
