February 15th, 2026:
Pure Solutions, Inc. is recalling its Pure Factors Professional Nighttime Sleep Formula due to undeclared milk allergens. The product was distributed across multiple states in the United States (AR, FL, CO, CA, CT, HI, IN, IL, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, OH, OK, OR, MA, MI, MN, MO, GA, NC, NE, ND, NY, PA, SC, TN, NJ, UT, TX, VA, WA, WV, WI and WY)
The recalled product is:
- Pure Factors Professional Nighttime Sleep Formula
- A 1 fl oz (30 ml) liquid dietary supplement
- In a glass bottle with a dropper cap.
- It is identified by lot number 0528D911
- Has an expiration date of May 2028.
- A total of 442 units are affected.
The recall was voluntarily initiated by the firm on February 3, 2026, after discovering the label did not declare the milk allergen, despite listing bovine colostrum. The recall is ongoing and has not yet been classified.
