Kenvue Brands LLC has initiated a recall of Neutrogena Makeup Remover Ultra-Soft Cleansing Towelettes due to contamination with Pluralibacter gergoviae. The affected product was distributed in Texas, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida in the United States.The recall involves:
- Neutrogena Makeup Remover Ultra-Soft Cleansing Towelettes
- 50-count, 25-pack wipes
- With a laminate overwrap.
- The specific lot number is 1835U6325A
- A total of 1,312 cases
- Each containing 12 units of 25-count packages is affected.
The issue was identified during an internal investigation by the company. The recall is classified as Class II and was voluntarily initiated on September 19, 2025. The classification date was October 3, 2025.
